The following policies will be enforced:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 48-hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. Any outstanding invoices will need to be paid prior to any future appointments.

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. However, frequent cancellations or rescheduling make it difficult to keep availability open for everyone. If this becomes an ongoing issue, it may affect your ability to reserve future appointments. Thank you for helping keep scheduling smooth for all clients.

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for the full amount of your session. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. Any outstanding invoices will need to be paid prior to any future appointments.

Arriving Late

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10 -15 minutes early for your appointment to receive the full scheduled time. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

Credit Card

This time is scheduled for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file for prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Should a client ask for any sexual conversation and/or touch, I WILL end the session and you will be asked to dress and leave. A police report will be filed and you will be blocked from my schedule.

PAYMENT IN FULL IS STILL REQUIRED.
